Sheepskin Quality. Our products are manufactured from Australian Crossbred
Merino Sheepskin, ensuring the ultimate blend of resilience and softness. To
produce, with no exceptions, the sumptuous 1" Royal Mouton™ we're famous
for, we begin with the finest 100% natural sheep pelts that are approximately 2" to
3" in wool length. After numerous combings and shearings the result is an even
1" depth of fleece that is the ultimate for seat covers. Advanced dyeing
techniques ensure evenness of color and resistance to fade from light, friction and
perspiration.
Seatcover Construction. We cut and custom style every cover with two-piece
design to provide precise fitting of the top and bottom section of each seat, the same
precision and uncompromising workmanship you expect in a fine sheepskin coat. We use
only the prime of each pelt, so RamsHead covers have fewer pieces and less seams making
them stronger and more durable. Our covers are fitted up, over, and around the seat;
they look as good from the back as from the front. All edges are beautifully bound
with elastic so the seatcovers stay where they belong with a snug fit, without wrinkles or
bunching. |
